Adam
Leach ~ Director
Adam's
expertise is the technical areas of rugby, project management
and business development.
Adam has an extensive background in Rugby Union as both
a professional player and professional coach. As a player,
he played for Eastwood Rugby Club, NSW Waratahs (S12)
and in Europe with Harlequins UK for a total period
of 15 years.
As a coach, he has been involved at the elite level
for 15 years including 1995 Rugby World Cup with the
Wallabies, Australian Rugby Union, Australian Institute
of Sport, NSW Waratahs, Yamaha (Japan), Tonga Head Coach,
2007 Rugby World Cup with Portugal, and recently as
forwards coach of the Japanese National Rugby Team.
Adam also has a degree in Sports Science.
Daniel's
expertise is delivering projects with successful outcomes
through expert knowledge, systems and processes.
Daniel has an extensive background in elite sport and
high performance industries over the last 20 years. He
has represented Australia at four (4) Olympic Games for
a bronze and a silver medal. He has also been a World
Champion in the sport of Kayaking.
His professional career includes working for the Australian
Federal Government in protecting their investment in elite
sport during the most successful period of Australia's
Olympic history from 1999 to 2004. His previous high performance
consultancies include Brisbane Lions, Sydney Roosters
NRL, Netball UK, Triathlon Australia, Cycling Australia,
Manchester City and Manchester United Soccer Clubs UK,
and the Irish Institute of Sport.
Daniel's most recent consultancies include the International
Rugby Board, Cronulla Sharks NRL, Saracens Rugby UK, and
the English Premier Rugby Limited.
Luca's
expertise is in High Performance programs and Team Management
operation, including nine (9) years experience at International
and Super 14 Level.
As Assistant Team Manager of the Italian National Rugby
Team for six (6) years (2001-2006) with team Manager duties
for 65 Test Matches, Six 6 Nation Tournaments, the Rugby
World Cup 2003, and numerous tours, Luca was an intricate
part in establishing Italian Rugby's High Performance
program and the increase in performance over that period.
Luca was Team Manager for the Queensland Reds Rugby Union
Team in the Super 14 competition in 2006, High Performance
Operations Manager in 2007, Australian U20 Team Manager
in 2007 and is presently Australian 7s Team Manager. Nine
(9) years in elite sport establishing, monitoring, reviewing
and improving High Performance programs gives Luca an
important understanding of the relationship between a
successful High Performance Program and performance.
Matthew's
expertise is working with businesses and teams to ensure
their potential growth and profitability is reached. Often
only a 'small' but 'significant' change is required to
turn a problem into opportunity, and a loss into profit!
Mathew works with businesses to develop and implement
strategies designed to ensure potential growth is not
limited by current systems, practices or culture. The
focus is on maximising core strengths and capabilities,
while at the same time developing new strategies and functions
required to foster innovation and sustained growth.
With over 20 years professional experience, ranging from
small business owner to working in senior management and
consulting positions within blue chip listed organisations
across numerous industries; includes Tourism Sport &
Leisure industry. Accountabilities have included managing
operations of $50M turnover and teams of 200 people.
